These classes will improve an athletes ability to jump higher, move faster, and be more explosive. Every class will begin with an active warm-up portion as well as a dedicated “cool down” period at the end of training. This process is to improve flexibility and reduce susceptibility of injury to the athlete while competing in their sport(s) outside of class.
Starts June 6 through July 15th
Fridays at 9am is Girls only in Pool Practice at the Redding Aquatic Center
