PASS Program



This three week class will increase an athletes vertical jump, quickness, agility, flexibility and the power of each athlete.It will also increase their cardiovascular conditioning, endurance and decrease their recovery time. As an added benefit, this class will have an active warm-up portion dedicated to reduce susceptibility to injury to the athlete while competing in their sport outside of class.
