Redding P.A.S.S. PROGRAM (April 2017)


These classes will improve an athletes ability to jump higher, quicker and be more explosive. It will also increase their cardiovascular conditioning, endurance and decrease their recovery time in competition. Every class will begin with an active warm-up portion as well as a dedicated “cool down” period at the end of training. This process is to improve flexibility and reduce susceptibility of injury to the athlete while competing in their sport(s) outside of class.

Class runs April 17th – May 24th.

  • Mondays & Wednesdays
  • 7PM at Everyday Fitness in Redding


**This class will run longer than usual and lead up to a break before Air, Land, & Sea.
