These classes will improve an athletes ability to jump higher, quicker and be more explosive. It will also increase their cardiovascular conditioning, endurance and decrease their recovery time in competition. Every class will begin with an active warm-up portion as well as a dedicated “cool down” period at the end of training. This process is to improve flexibility and reduce susceptibility of injury to the athlete while competing in their sport(s) outside of class.
**Class runs for 3 weeks. If more than 20 people register for the class, the class will run for an extra week at no charge (Until April 27th). To register for May, Click Here
